Course Enrolment

The office will be open from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm Monday to Friday to take enrolments. There is a 24 hour answerphone. Please make sure you enrol early to avoid disappointment or the cancellation of the class. Unless you are notified by us, you should attend your course on the first evening.

You can enrol on any of our courses in the following ways:

Please telephone the College on 01223 712424 making sure you have your credit/debit card details ready. Please note this method of payment incurs a £1 charge.

Please take your payment to Community Reception at the College.

Download the enrolment form (pdf) and post it along with the correct payment (cheques should be made payable to Sawston Village College) to the Community Office. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN VIA EMAIL.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Fees for short courses (10 weeks or less) should be paid in full at the time of enrolment.
  • Fees for long courses (more than 10 weeks) can either be paid in full at enrolment or as 50% at enrolment and 50% by November.
  • Courses which attract fewer than the required minimum number of students may, at the discretion of the college, have the option of continuing on payment of a supplementary fee.
  • Confirmation - receipt of your completed enrolment form and payment will book your place on the course/s.
  • Cancellation - You will be contacted as soon as possible if a course is full or cancelled. In the case of cancellation this may be after the course has started
